The Role
Very friendly and welcoming firm. Everyone willing to help where needed.
On the whole very much so. There's always going to be "one" in every office though who's a bit short. Same in any company!
Very busy, exactly what I wanted- not to be twiddling my thumbs awkwardly disturbing colleagues for work.
I wouldn't say "I was running the show" but I was almost flattered by how much trust was put into me.
As I go on to study property this will help me a great deal
The Company
Friendly banter, lots of sports and social events and the occasional journey to the pub!
Excellent prep from hr, a timetable of Events such as "mini careers fair" (an internal look at serious service lines) and graduate drinks to close the process. Lots of staff also prepared as involved for the process.
Supervisors and mentors were there to invest time and effort in each person individually.
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
Hard to say. Lots of strong interns- I'd imagine it to be a challenging hr job from this point forward
The Culture
