The Role
At first challenge but as my role developed I enjoyed the placement more.
I worked with a great team and was made to feel valued and a real member of the team from day one.
Good
Challenging role that was busy as periods during the quarter, however this did balance out over the year.
I was in a full headcount role from my first day at work, I was given a large amount of responsibility but there was also a lot of support during this time.
Not sure if skills developed will assist me in my final year of University, however they will definitely benefit me in future employment.
The Company
Sales office so hard working but enjoyed days out in a more relaxed atmosphere
OK, has improved for next year
For the first 6 months, I received a lot of in house training and was also allowed to attend external training courses. I benefited from working in different departments and attending events.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
No formal graduate program, limited headcount for new recruits. One of the main flaws with the placement program. Limited opportunities for development of young professionals.
The Culture
Yes, there werre 28 interns this year and we enjoyed a Christmas party and many evenings out together.
Expensive area but also many free activities.
45 mins from London but limited local nightlife
