The Role
Settled in quickly, everyone was very willing to help me.
Weekly one-to-ones, always available to answer questions
Varied over the 7 weeks, my schedule very much depended on what other colleagues were doing due to the nature of my business project.
The Company
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
The graduate scheme is not entirely clear to me - Haven't been told what it involves therefore not sure whether or not I would take the offer if it was made.
The Culture
I was in a placement on my own with no one else in the surrounding area therefore my contact with other interns was very minmal - a definite downside of this internship scheme. I feel like it would be a very different experience if I was in a location with other interns. I only saw them at induction, the charity day and the intern review day - only 3 times over 7 weeks. Luckily, my colleagues in the offices were very friendly and so I had opportunities to socialise with them
