The Role
Best year I have done, beats University
95% of my colleagues were extremely appreciative of any work I did for them.
My two supervisors were great, couldn't have asked for better. Line Manager not so much.
Most tasks were quite ad hoc so some days I could be really busy, some days I would still have things to do but not enough for the whole day.
This placement was like a full time job, not an internship. We were treated as full time members of staff and not as admin students etc.
The professional skills I have developed in this year are invaluable. I am confident about gaining a grad scheme or full time job after this.
The Company
Colleagues are great and up for a laugh, employee appreciation days, quarterly events etc.
The programme for next year will be better as this years interns have improved it greatly.
If we wanted to learn anything, we could attend courses/training or ask other colleagues for help.
Subsidised Canteen

There are four official places that will be offered. If I don't gain one of these I will apply for a full time position after more experience.
The Culture
I have made friends for life here, we are a sociable bunch organising nights out, drinks, meals, parties.
London is London
Average around the area but Central London is easily accessible
More opportunities for male employees, football etc
