The Role
My placement year was valuable to my future career development. I throughly enjoyed working for SAP.
Generally I felt valued by my team and manager.
the support from my supervisor was fantastic and my manager was also really engaging and supportive.
Pretty busy- some days too busy.
I was given a lot of responsibility and trust.
A lot. I think some of the skills I have learnt whilst at SAP will benefit me in my studies and future career prospects.
The Company
Its is okay- some days the office is quite quiet.
Fairly organised- the general placement programme is organised well but my role was a little unstructured at times due to it being the first year my role was introduced.
Good.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
This is currently in the works but there is no forseable opportunities for my area.
The Culture
Yes- many placement students met up after work for dinner and drinks.
I lived in an expennsive area of London which was a personal choice.
Poor in Feltham but their are surrounding areas that offer a good nightlife. Shame the office wasnt located more towards London as advertised!!
