The Role
The Company
The office had a fine blend of fun and proffessionalism
Everything from our initial induction, in-office training, regular reviews, final reviews and even the final day event were very well structured.
Most of the training was in-house and sometimes office specific. However I felt I was given adequete training to carry out the job.

Very appealing. Can't wait to start my job when I finish university.
The Culture
We shared occassional lunches together and went to the pub after work a few time, but haven't been in touch since the end of the placement.
Working in Birmingham's Canary Wharf equivalent was always got to be quite costly for a summer student. The key thing for me was for people on the graduate scheme it appeared to be inexpensive for them, which is some thing to look forward to when I embark on my graduate career there ££.
Being located a few hundred yard from the hub of Birmingham's nigth life, 'Broad Street,' meant drinks were always the order of the day.
My main activity was football with my colleagues every Tuesday. Other sporting or social get togehters were always publicised via mass emails.
