  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • A great scheme - felt very welcome and involved from day one.

    • I was doing real work, for real clients, and felt valued throughout.

    • My supervisor was on hand at all times, as well Partners, Senior Associates, Trainees and the Secretaries!

    • Practical skills gained were invaluable.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well structured - we were givena full timetable at the beginning of the placement

    • My department were very involving, and we always had a laugh whilst getting the work done.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • We were given extensive training on all online resources and firm IT systems. The knowledge assistant constantly checked we had what we need.

    • We were given real work, and had to balance priorities.

    • A great insight into the firm - especially with it being 3 weeks long. At the end we felt like we belonged there!

    • Definitely interested in pursuing a TC with the firm!

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • £200 per week.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • We had two socials, drinks at the beginning, a partner sit down lunch and drinks at the end.
