About You
A very varied and stimulating programme was provided which was both challenging and enjoyable. Most of all my time here provided a real life insight in to what it would be like to work daily as a trainee solicitor.
Eveyone was very accommodating and welcoming.
Gudiance was as expected and at no point did I feel there were no support mechanisms in place. The approachability of everyone at the firm really makes you feel supported.
I feel that I have learnt some new skills and had exposure to a different area of law but perhaps as I am currently employed I had developed some of the core skills prior to my time here.
The Company
The stucture of the programme was excellent. An effective balance was established between assessed tasks and working in the department. The programme was varied and everything ran as scheduled.
An excellent atmosphere was created overall and by the end of my experience I felt part of the firm.
Relevant training was provided at the beginning of the insight to assist me in my time at the firm.
As mentioned previously it truly felt like I was an employee of the firm and I will be reluctant to leave.
It is clear there is a very strong brand within the firm and an ethos that everyone understands. This is instilled on everyone associated to the firm and through my time here I have grasped an understanding of this.
The experience consolidated my desire to become a solicitor.
Everything Else
I attended a number of networking events.
Light hearted fun with like minded colleagues.
I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone.
