  • Sometimes I didn't have enough to do

  • I was supervised initially and then allowed to do my work on my own. I felt pleased that they gave me responsibility.

  • Everyone seems to enjoy working in the Santander offices

  • It felt slightly last minute but that was only due to me moving departments unexpectedly

  • The initial training was beneficial and would build towards a career with Santander

  • People seem quite work oriented so there wasn't as much of a social feel as I had expected.

  • Quite expensive as it's in central London

  • I've heard it's good
