The Role
I sometimes don't have enough tasks to do
I feel part of the team and feel I can contribute to the workload
Good training and easy to ask questions
Sometimes I didn't have enough to do
I was supervised initially and then allowed to do my work on my own. I felt pleased that they gave me responsibility.
Good insight into the world of banking
The Company
Everyone seems to enjoy working in the Santander offices
It felt slightly last minute but that was only due to me moving departments unexpectedly
The initial training was beneficial and would build towards a career with Santander
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
I would definitely consider taking a job with them
The Culture
People seem quite work oriented so there wasn't as much of a social feel as I had expected.
Quite expensive as it's in central London
I've heard it's good
There are some charity events organised.
