The Role
Really enjoyed it.
Very valued, was given a lot of opportunity and recieved excellent feedback.
Lots of guidance and support, happy to answer any questions.
Some days perfect balance, in the last week I wasn't booked on anything so didn't have a lot to do.
Same responsibility as a first year graduate would be given
Learnt about teamwork, time management, computer skills and communication skills.
The Company
Spent all my time at the client, so was never in the office.
Very well structured and organised.
Lots of investment. You are given a people manager and a buddy to help, as well as a week of training before starting work and on the job coaching.
Have applied to transfer offices so will need to have another interview.
The Culture
Organised drinks after work, but as only there for 6 weeks there was not much opportunity to participate.
Lived at home and didn't go out.
Didn't go out.
I know there are opportunities, however I did not get the opportunity to take park in them during the time I was there.
