    • Amazing people, amazing company.

    • Never felt inferior, always treated as an equal

    • I was very supported and when I asked I always got guidance

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Sometimes had to wait from responses from other associates, but always had other work to fill that time. My line manager always checked up that I had enough to do.

    • So much!

    • It will be so helpful for my degree and I'm sure key in my future career

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • Great atmosphere, everyone is approachable and really helpful, and everyone makes time for you. Worked in a great really outgoing team who helped me settel in extreemly fast.

    • Very well once we started, especially considering this was the first year a proper internship programme had ran.

    • Huge focus on personal development thoughout the organisation. I had a personal development plan for my time here, which I went through with my manager.
