The Role
I really enjoyed my internship, particularly in the second half when I knew my team and project a lot better and could be given more work.
Although sometimes I was left to figure stuff out by myself, this was a good learning process and enabled me to actully use my initiative rather than just follow instructions.
It varied - in the beginning, I wasn't that busy because there wasn't a lot I could do. However, as the time went on, I was given more and more work because I understood the project a lot better.
Towards the end, I was writing resources to be used all around the world. I was also taking minutes in a lot of important meetings and given responsibility of following up.
Unlikely that it will help in my degree programme, but very likely to help me in a future job,.
The Company
It was a really cool office, and the people in it were always happy to take time out to chat about careers or explain work.
Pretty well. The beginning seemed a bit rushed and there was a lot of re-organising, but the 3 day induction was pretty well planned and we had numerous days throughout the 2 months organised for training and socialising.
They gave us at least 4 days of training and we obviously to work and learn throughout

Very good, I got a job offer! (as did all 20 on the MC internship)
The Culture
This wasn't really organised by PwC, but there were 20 or so other consulting interns, and we met regularly and went out and about in London
London's expensive...
London also has pretty good places to go out for drinks and dinner and 'out'
Summer is a really busy time, so they don't have as much on outside of work, but there was a triathlon whilst I was there, and they were advertising their yearly pantomime.
