    • Absolutely fantastic! It has been an intense, but great experience. I have loved every second of it.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The scheme was well organised and structured. the HR team organised many interdepartmental talks, lunches and social evenings to give you a great insight into the firm.

    • Very friendly and welcoming.

    • The firm clearly invested a lot of time into the vacation scheme students. They organised a range of events and presentations meaning we could gain a fantastic insight into the firm.

    • Right from the start, you are given real client work to deal with, allowing you to understand the role of a trainee and the types of work they undertake.

    • The culture is very friendly and respectful - the firm are not tied up on hierarchy which means you can ask anyone in the firm a question, whether a partner or otherwise.

    • Paid £200/ week

    • There were many social events, a partner lunch and networking events giving us adequete opportunity to meet other people in the company.

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?

    • Absolutely - the vacation scheme is a well structured insight scheme which has given me more than i could have ever imagined. The firm and the people take the time to get to know you and you get a lot of responsibility in terms of working on real client work. You are able to get involved in many activities/ events, meaning you can develop your skills and gain a deep understanding of the firm.
