  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I found the work environment to be very relaxed and conducive to working and collaborating ideas.

    • Got to accompany my team to an away day and had dinner with them. They included me in the team rituals and made me feel a valued member of the team.

    • My mentor helped me on all tasks and was willing to answer all of the questions I had.

    • I improved my Excel skills in addition to my presentation and networking skills.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was very structured and thought out.

    • It had its dull moments but overall a very enjoyable experience.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • It allowed me to learn more about Excel, putting me through a course to improve my skills. Also I was able to learn more about Belbin and see where I fit in.

    • The people I had GTKYs with told me about the good and bad bits of their jobs.

    • The culture is very relaxed and the work life balance is superb.

    • It was useful in showing me how many different departments there are in.

    • I had all travel expenses reimbursed and £5 a day for lunch

    • I made the effort to actively network. There were limited networking events organised.

    • The people I met were very friendly and offered some good advice.
