About You
I had an amazing time at Pinsent Masons. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also met some incredible people. The placement exceeded my expectations.
My team made me feel very welcome right from the start and offered me constant support throughout my placement.
My trainee buddy and my supervisor were very helpful and approachable. I felt I was part of the team after only a few days.
It is astonishing to think how much I have developed my skills over such a short period of time. I now feel a lot more confident about undertaking new tasks.
The Company
The insight was very well structured.
The atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone works hard but you don't feel the stress as you have the support of everyone around you. It felt like me and my team were one big family.
I feel that the firm invested a lot in us.
I got an excellent insight into what the life of a trainee/solicitor in the firm would be.
The insight was extremely valuable when it comes to understanding the company culture.
The content of the day was extremely valuable in helping me to decide on my future career path.
Everything Else
There were many opportunities for networking and meeting other people. The social events included a pizza/drinks night, a cocktail master class and a partner lunch.
I had a lot of fun at the social events in the firm.
I learned about some of the activities that employees can get involved in outside of work but not about all.
I have had placements with other law firms and this was definitely the best by a mile. I would really recommend this to anyone thinking about a career as a solicitor.
