    • Everyone I interacted with always had time for questions and to give me feedback on whatever I had done for them.

    • The work I completed was challenging and helped develop practical legal skills I had yet to even properly consider.

    • I thought the vacation scheme was well structured, in that there was the right mix of both social events and developmental events.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • The atmosphere was both positive and friendly throughout the scheme, which helped me feel at ease and concentrate on the work I was given, as opposed to a feeling of constant assessment.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • There were workshops on negotiation, and drafting, given by professionals who were able to teach us from a practical perspective, a useful experience.

    • The trainees gave me work that was within what they would typically do on a day to day basis. The scheme was really useful in giving me an insight on the standard day at the firm.

    • The firm claims to have an open and firnedly atmosphere, in both the departments I was sat in this was definitely the case.

    • I was already pretty much set on law, this scheme confirmed it.

    • A speed networking event and friendly atmosphere enabled me to constantly talk to new people.

    • We got to play in the softball league and were given the option to play cricket, so practical experience of what activities are on offer.
