The Role
Amazing years experience, was great to be given loads of responsibilty and to not feel like a student on placement and felt like a key member of the team
Felt like a key member of the team by the end of the first week
Good balance in being given support and being left to work individually and work things out on my own
Always had work to do which was great and felt like the pressure was a good level in order to have the motivation to complete the task in a resonable amount of time
I was very suprised with the amount of responsibilty i was given while here on placement, i felt a key member of the team and never really felt like a student
So much experience i have gained this year and makes me alot more confident for when i graduate
The Company
Great atmosphere, engineering discussions always being discussed across desks, felt like a good team also had a laugh
I fitted in as new member of the team, didnt feel like i had to be given work..

Subsidised/Company Gym
