The Role
it was a great experience and I learnt a lot. I was given the opportunity to go on secondment and experience different areas of work.
The people working around me were very welcoming and friendly - good atmosphere.
At it is mostly and on the job learning experience you guidence was minimal. Training could have been implemented more efficiently and frequently. Otherwise sufficient support was given.
the work load was manageable and enough to be working constantly.
I was given great responsibility when on secondment.
Learning how to apply my knowledge of accounts and assurance will help to understand the importance of what I will go onto learn in my last year of studies.
The Company
the people were friendly and welcoming
more enphasis could have been placed on the overall experience of trainee's- training and awreness of trainee's whereabouts when on secondment.
we had a good week of training in cheshire but aside from this there were few training and development sessions.

In terms of range of experience RSM Tenon is quite good for this - good for when building a profile of clients and types of skills from different experiences.
