The Role
Great balance between work and social side of work. Plenty of social events organised, a great community of interns and also given huge responsibility in the work that you do from the outset.
Very valued, giving you crucial work from the outset.
Always willing to do what you ask of them and bend over backwards to have you fit into the company
Great work load, at no point felt under pressure and at no point felt like I had nothing at all to do.
Straight into client meetings on the second day.
A presentation bootcamp type get away from the officec for a couple of days at Bradenham manor which made my presentation skills a tremendous amount better would be the crucial skill I'll take away among many others.
The Company
A lot of socials outside the office but hard work to go along side it inside the office.
Great structure allowing time to adapt and develop before the next big task/deadline/project was asked of you.
A weekend away in Bradenham manor would indicate a huge amount.
Company Parties/Events
They are very accomodating and willing to do everything to have you in the business if you prove yourself during the internship.
The Culture
Many socials organised in the initial stage of the internship which was a great platform for the interns to bond and get to know each other. Department away days followed which were great. Intern organised socials were then a frequent thing.
Expensive as it was in London but it was fine to find the right place and all social events had a free bar to ease the cost for interns. Lucky to have my own accomodation in London, renting my own place would have been costly by the sounds of things.
Loads of options.
Away days, golf days, socials, drinks all on a regular basis.
