The Role
I really enjoyed it. Fun & friendly place to work
Times Differ When your new your feel useless, but you soon learn that you will benefit the company eventually. Just need patience.
Management are always giving feedback & realise when you are down or struggling. always give you a hand.
Always kept going, sometimes wouldn't stop for a period of 8 hours, but your days fly.
I was given so much responsibility it was so motivating. I am such an organised person I feel like I improve my skills like this.
A lot of skills I learned will benefit you in every company and systems and computer wise the ecars n ralph only is with enterprise and will not pass on to another company, but time management, orgaisation & professionism all will bring me far in the future.
The Company
Buzzing all the time busy or quiet, so many personalities are in one place its brilliant.
Briliant you got off job training & meetings and get a mentor which guides you through you rtime at enterprise.
A lot of time With 4 training days in 6 months and on the job training which could be daily.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing as everyone wants to get promoted.
The Culture
Yes everyone was so cooperating even there was a intern event that brought ebveryone together to share there experiences.
My accommodation was so so expensive but I still managed to socialize. I would save up on other things but living in London is not cheap so you learn how to balance the two n budget.
London is buzzing on everyday so with the heathrow hours was hard to find a weekend off but in london you always find something good no matter what night.
Yes plenty of charity work and fitnes work.
