    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a really enjoyable experience in which I was able to spend time with a variety of teams within the tax department. Everyone was very friendly and the work was varied and interesting.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone was great and went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed. The work I was given was directly related to clients so it felt like I was a valued member of the team.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I feel I was given the right amount of responsibility. I was given real client work but nothing I felt was beyond my limitations.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Although the skills may not be relevant to my degree (history) the business skills and the people I met will definitely be useful in the future
