The Role
It has been a fantastic experience. You get the real feel of what it would be like to be working for a company in this sector on a full time basis. The people I worked with were all great.
My colleagues were very understanding that I did not have too much knowledge of what was required and were very supportive throughout. They valued the work I did and gave opportunties to do a wide variety of work.
I was given constant support and feedback from my managers on the job and my performance manager. There was never one point were I felt I could not speak to someone about any issues, not that I had any.
I started off busy enough. However, in the last few weeks I did not have as much work to do as I would have liked. I believe this was of no fault of the company but more because there was not enough to pass on.
I was given alot more responsibility than I expected and I appreciated that.
The skills developed on this internship would most certainly be of use if I was to continue in the sector. I would not go as far as to say it would help my degree studies as I believe the work is quite specialised and does not have that much relevance to modules at university.
The Company
The atmosphere was great. A good balance between professional yet friendly.
The internship was set up well and I always had full understanding of what I was meant to be doing.
The company took us on a training course for the first two days in explain the process of the internship. My fellow workers also invested time in helping me through my work.

Company Parties/Events
Prospects are good, you need to pass a partner interview. The internship is built up to help you to gain employment with the company.
The Culture
There was a couple of social events that were very enjoyable.
To be honest I do not feel I have experience the area of where I work enough to give a valid rating to this question.
Again, like above this question is not relevant to the experience I have had.
There are plenty of CSR opportunties as well as sports teams.
