The Role
Every day was different - got to travel the country in a Company Car!
Everyone had an interest in me and what I wanted to do.
The whole year was about me - they made sure that everything I was doing in work was relavent for my development.
I always had something to do, whether it was in the office or in a store. I met with suppliers a lot too.
They treated me like one of the team - They trusted me with quite big pieces of work and fairly big budgets.
Haven't started my final year yet, but I know that this year will help me so much in the future!
The Company
Everyone was always in a good mood which helps!
There hadn't been many placement students before me but it was all very well organised.
I went on many courses and personal development programmes and had regular catch up with my managers and placement sponsors to make sure everything was going well.

Very appealing - my whole degree and plan has been based around working within Waitrose.
The Culture
There was 9 of us and I was the only guy so shopping was the main social thing to do which I did not attend!
Drinks were ok - there was a couple of Wetherspoons near by. Rent and Bills were £350/month.
Bracknell isn't exactly a happening town - but reading is a good night out.
Yes lots - and they subsidise pretty much everything!
