The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the internship. Everyone was so helpful and the office has a relaxed atmosphere so it was easy to settle in.
Given important work to do for major clients right from the start so consequently felt a real part of the team
I had a line manager and a buddy so whenever there was a problem, I could approach either and they could help me out.
Very busy all day everyday! Had a project with fellow interns for the entire placement so whenever work was light I could work on this.
The work I was prodicing was sent to clients so therefore I was given a great deal of responsibility!
I think the skills I've learnt will certainly aid me in the future. I have learnt so much, from using excel efficiently to picking up communication skills to use in a commercial environment.
The Company
The atmosphere was very relaxed so it was easy to settle in an get to know a wide variety of people in the office.
The HR team did a fantastic job of providing structure to the internship. We had an induction day at the start, middle and end with HR to see how we were getting on.
Gave all the interns training sessions as well as relevant help documents.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I would jump at the opportunity if I was given an offer!
The Culture
We had weekly Friday drinks after work as well as qualification drinks and a boat party on the River Thames.
The office is located in Westminster so it is very, very expensive!
There are plenty of pubs and bars in the area so a lot of variety. However did not go to a nightclub.
