    • Really enjoyed the insight. The job was amazing and gave me a lot of practical experience.

    • Felt very vauled. Staff would get to know us and show an interest in our knowledge development whilst at work.

    • During the Insight i recieved alot of guidance and support whenever a challenge arose that I could not complete myself.

    • The insight was well structured and well thought out.

    • There was a proffessional yet pleasing and fun working environment

    • We had numerous IT and service line training to enhance our understanding of the work and software that we were using.

    • The insight gave us all the responsibilities of a full time job placement and we were treated as full time employees also. This gave us the full experinece of Audit and that work/life balance.

    • Deloitte was very people focused during the insight. This came across in a number of ways as there was alot of social events and fundrasing that were organised outside of working hours.

    • The content was very vaulauble and has helped me greatly to understand the career path that is right for me.

    • As mentioned Deloitte was a very socialble office with many people from different backergounds and cultures. This made networking very easy. Especially with all the social oppoutunities

    • There was alot of social networking oppoutunities availbale throughout the insight and these events were run well.

    • Yes there was alot of things to get involved with e.g football, golf, tennis, badminton and other things like community investment

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?

    • Yes it was a great experience, but you need to put the effort in because Audit is not a 9-5 job. Therefore it requires real commitment.
