The Role
The internship was varied and exciting throughout.
I was given lots of responsibility from day one by a number of different colleagues.
I was encouraged to ask questions by both my buddy and manager.
The workload varied, but as the internship progressed I had the perfect balance of work.
As the internship progressed I was given more and more responsibility.
I had the opportunity to build up skills that would be relevant in a number of different areas including my presentation skills and confidence.
The Company
The office was energetic and lively.
My first few weeks were structured and then later in the internship I had the opportunity to plan my own time.
I was encouraged to work with different people who were helpful and I felt I learnt a lot during the 9 weeks.
Company Parties/Events
A good company to work for, who look after there staff well.
The Culture
There was a summer party in the branch. There was also a good social scene with the other interns although this was arranged by ourselves.
Expensive area.
There was limited nightlife, however it is close to London.
There wasn't many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work.
