The Role
The placement not only offered gradual responsibility for the job function, but also allowed me to initiate my own projects and set processes that were later used by the business.
Being responsible for the insight function, colleagues depended on me to deliver the right information for their needs.
Frequent Personal Development meetings as well as professional development planning one to one sessions.
There was often urgent requests to be done, but that usually followed by a stable stream of work.
I was responsible for everything associated with the work function. As there was no other person responsible for this, I needed to be on top of it the whole time.
Skills developed are highly valued by employers and are also essential for long term personal development.
The Company
Great working place, with lots of people to loosen up with after hard work.
More focused on on-hand experience than training. Overall good balance.
