The Role
Lots of responsibility, heavy workload but excellent learning curve.
My views fully taken on board and lots of time and effort were made for my personal development.
I was essentially given 1:1 guidance on my work every day.
There are deadlines and updates on my work everyday but it ensures ultimately delivering the projects on time, hence a good balance at the end of my work.
Whilst the process was well-balanced by support from colleagues, I was given full responsibility on researching, planning and executing two projects which will deliver both value and income for the bank.
The presentation skills, financial analysis skills and particularly time management will be forever beneficial not just for my remaining time at university but also my life-long career.
