  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Lots of responsibility, heavy workload but excellent learning curve.

    • My views fully taken on board and lots of time and effort were made for my personal development.

    • I was essentially given 1:1 guidance on my work every day.

    • There are deadlines and updates on my work everyday but it ensures ultimately delivering the projects on time, hence a good balance at the end of my work.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • Whilst the process was well-balanced by support from colleagues, I was given full responsibility on researching, planning and executing two projects which will deliver both value and income for the bank.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The presentation skills, financial analysis skills and particularly time management will be forever beneficial not just for my remaining time at university but also my life-long career.
