    • The other people on the insight day were pleasant and keen to share their previous experiences.

    • When talking to the employees of the Bank they were very willing to give as much information as possible and talked to you with respect.

    • The whole day was well structured, at no point did I feel lost / uncomfortable / overwhelmed

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • I felt the day enabled me to gain a better understanding of how the Bank was structures, the different role and I got to know the fellow students.

    • It was relaxed and a good environment to ask questions.

    • Again, it was only a day but the employees seemed very willing to give up their time to talk to us.

    • I had a good overview of the Bank.

    • We had a panel discussion with current employees from different divisions which was very informative,

    • It gave me a valuable insight into the Bank and what working there would be like, so now I can make a more informed decision as to whether I would suit working there.
