The Role
Great company and unique opportunity
Having presentations / talks / breakfasts with senior managers every second week
Clear goal setting in the beginning, mid-review of progress and final evaluation proivide a good framework for development
A good work-lofe balance, although depends on the department
Had a project, plus on-going support activities. The more you ask - the more responsibility you get
Got a perfect high-level understanding of how finacial world works and where I want to go further

Most interns are really bright people from the best schools
Quite expensive but hte pay is good as well
