The Role
During my time at Citi, I got to see a great oversight of each department and meet directors and section managers.
My colleagues were open and friendly and treated me like I was there years and as part of there team.
I was given huge guidance and direct from my manager and also each individual from the team.
At the start I was looking for work but as soon as the team know how good I was there began giving me a good balance of work.
I was giving a large responsibility as my team was very small and they needed to give me that responsibility and they also knew i could manage and handle it.
During my time I learnt a lot from computer skills to interpersonal skills. I could not fault my team at all.
The Company
Ah we had alot of fun but we all knew when we needed to be serious and focus on work.
It was set up very good, on my first day I'd my computer own location and keycard.
The company invested a huge amount in me and has gained aswell as I 'd like to return to the company.
