The Role
I found the internship itself very interactive with many talks, meet & greets, etc. Tasks assigned provided great insight and experience into areas of the business and all colleagues were helpful and happy to provide any aid or guidance needed.
Great people, all very open and eager to give the best experience and insight as possible providing meaningful tasks and engaging in helpful informationals.
Any and all guidance whether related to specific tasks or very general questions and curiosities were catered for thoroughly. All management and supervisors were very accomodating, helpful and kind.
Good balance of learning about various areas and working on tasks and helping in projects, giving a ground up experience of the entire business.
I was given independancy to work on projects assigned to me, help was provided when needed and when work was completed it was checked by a colleague.
The skills I learned and developed on my internship will help me in anything I do and the specific experience I gained on my internship is extremely valuable.
The Company
Everyone was friendly and had a bit of fun.
The mix between informationals, talks, meet & greets, presentations and carrying out daily tasks was perfect in my opinion.
Citi goes out of the way to make sure internships are as helpful in terms of personal training and development as possible through the various learning experiences and work experiences provided.

There are many job offers in terms of placements, contract employment and permanent posts suggested for interns to apply for.
The Culture
Almost every week there was something being organised amongst the interns and people on placements all welcome.
Quite expensive as is in the city centre
In the heart of the city everything needed within walking distance
Plenty of team building exercises, bbq's and other events
