About You
Having the opportunity to be part of the insight with people form all around Europe is unique. On top of this, the quality talks, workshops and events made me aware of what IB really is. It definitely serves its purpose.
You were always addressed by your name, people new who you where. There where even some analysts/associates...etc who studied your info and photo to know who you where before meeting you. They put a lot of effort and money into the program to let you know they are looking for the best professionals from the beginning. They want excellence in their company.
JP Morgan workers were very helpful, always on top of you making sure you were doing correctly in order to make the most out of the program.
There are three main skills i developed on the insight: networking, group work and communication skills. They have been very helpful both on my degree and my personal life, specially networking, which at the start I though was not important at all, now I realize it is vital.
The Company
Vrery good, combining workshops, with talks and networking events. More case studies would have been better, in order to get a grasp of what kind of job analysts do.
The general atmosphere at the Insight was great, very well prepared students from all around the world shared their experiences for one week in a friendly manner. Basically what J Morgan's culture is all about: international professionals working together towards the same goal, helping each other when needed.
Everything Else
Constantly.
There where many events, but perhaps too short. This is the first time I had a networking event therefore I cannot compare.
Definitely, 110% sure I would recommend this Insight.
