The Role
An excellent & enjoyable insight into investment consulting.
Very nice and friendly team.
Lots of support from buddy and other grads when needed.
At the beginning struggled a little to fill day, but this soon picked up and in the last 4 weeks (of 9) it was a perfect balance with work to keep me going to 2 weeks at a time.
Probably wasn't given huge amounts of responsibility but was certainly a representative amount for the role I was in and the size of the company.
Training courses were very good. Also had sometimes up to 3 one hour training courses on various topics in one week. Probably had about 10 overall in internships which were all very useful
The Company
Very nice, friendly & busy
Well organised
About 10 one hour internal Training courses, but possibly could have invested more. Still happy though.
Would definitely like to return on a grad scheme
The Culture
Very good as half the team were around my age at grad or similar age.
