Work was varied and interesting and at times a good challenge. Some work was repetitive such as sensitivity analyses but overall a enjoyable placement
I was made to feel valued especially by certain managers who showed great appreciation and gave excellent feedback
Management were at times, understandably rather busy but my direct supervisor was always very approachable and happy to help
At times I had little to do and sometime I had lots of repetitive work to do, but overall the balance was good
I feel I had some say in where my projects were headed although always reported to a direct supervisor
A large extent - I have developed both my I.T. skills in FEM software and excel and also gained a great knowledge of subsea systems and company life
The Company
Most workers were very busy and hardworking, with some of the graduates making it a little more fun at times.
