The Role
Was given the right balance of responsibilty, trust and guidance in order to learn as much as possible in the right environment
Some issues with departments who are not used t working with interns, but within my department absolutely no problem
Encouraged to explore options and be proactive rather than continually ask for help, although help was always available
Always had something to do and was stimulated, but never felt over-worked
The Company
Plenty of charity event and social occasions to get involved with
Efficient structure in place to deal with the many students that come through the company
I sent at least 15% of my time in formal training/tours/talks
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
The Culture
The students in my department get on really well and spend plenty of time with each other outside of work. There is also the opportunity to connect with student from other departments and other locations globally
