The Role
Interesting, challenging and it was very nice to have so much responsibility for ones own code/project.
I got to develop friendships with a lot of colleagues. All of them were nice, funny and some even witty =)
Supervisor was incredibly dynamic - left me alone when I was able to work on my own and sat down next to me for hours if I needed help.
Most of the time more than enough to do.
I had my own project and it was my responsibility.
I learned quite a few new things about how to write manageable code and how projects work.
The Company
Nice and friendly.
Everything worked seamless and as expected. Some questions could have been answered more quickly though.
I didn't need a lot of training, but I did receive the amount I needed. (Thus I was confused as to how many stars I should give)
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Incredible company I can recommend to anyone wanting a good and fun job.
The Culture
Didn't have many for a long time.
Living was quite cheap, didn't go out too much, but would rate it on the cheaper side as well.
Did not go out a lot.
I went travelling on most weekends?
