The Role
Very much so, had a variety of work.
Quite valued, was given work that mattered
Managers were fairly busy, but were happy to give me their time when I needed it
Work was on and off. Some days too much, some too little.
Fairly important work sent direct to clients for multi-million pound projects
Great understanding of the graduate job roles and excellent skills were gained in terms of people and team work
The Company
Everyone fun and chatty but at the same time hard working
Lots of work at to do, but would sometimes all come at once
Was given exposure to big design projects but no personal training as such
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
As I understand, not a complete guarantee but very likely.
The Culture
A small group of interns but very friendly and social
Fairly cheap
Ok not great
Plenty
