The Role
Pretty good, the culture of the firm is great but it is ultimately a desk job.
Made to feel like part of the team.
We were each assigned a buddy (someone on the grad scheme) who was there to answer any questions. I felt like I was fully supported and my buddy would drop everything to help if need be.
A little overworked at times, but never bored.
Some intern-esque tasks at the beginning when I didn't know so much but I felt I was given work that actually had some importance by the end.
Learnt so much. Brilliant.
The Company
Very young team with a good atmosphere, even among more senior managers.
Pretty good, HR were on the ball.
Lots of training early on to get up to speed,
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Don't hear about offers until a few weeks after the internship finishes, company is a good one though.
The Culture
Lots of interns to go out with.
