The Role
really enjoyed the work, was never bored and there was a huge variety.
felt like an integral member of the team, was involved in team bonding exercises and dinner out. really got treated liek a full time employee not just an intern.
supervisors and management where there at every step along the way, any question i had they would answer or help me with.
most days it was a great balance, however there was the odd slow day or the odd manic day.
where given allot of responsibility - really got involed with the job and felt like an important part of the team.
Have learnt so much about finance and even though for my current degree i cant apply much of it, it has inspired me to think about doing a masters in finance.
The Company
amazing, the team really knew how to have a laugh and lighten the mood, didnt feel stressed or on edge.
mostly very well organised, there was just the odd planned meeting or event that didnt go exactly as planned.
BlackRock really put allot of time & effot into training and development. had regular sessions with other divisions within BlackRock and really took time out of there own jobs to teach us.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
