About You
Very interactive, the people running it were easy to talk to and made it interesting
Very valued; the people running it sat with us during lunch to answer questions and help us
Lots of support, lots of opportunities to ask questions and receive support
I was slightly old for the programme, the insight day helped me in my career decisions but the day only utilised skills i already have.
The Company
Very structured; all worked around timings and everything was well planned and very organised.
Generally very fun and interesting. Everything was interesting and the people were great.
Not particularly applicable since it was more to educate us on the company as opposed to training us.
Fairly helpful, but it was more of an explanation in that it was just theory; the real job couldnt be replicated in the day.
Worked with other employees who we could ask lots of questions and it helped me find out about the culture
That was the purpose of the day in my opinion and it was easy to ask about the roles and find out more of whats required
Everything Else
I didnt expect any!
We could meet the people running the day but that was only a small part of the firm.
Lots of chances to ask questions to the employees.
Very insightful and useful in deciding career paths
