The Role
It was a really interesting and challenging program. I would definitely recommend it.
We were given real work with the chance to actually add value to our team
My manager was always willing to help and always provided guidance in terms of projects and networking with other key people.
The work load would vary day to day.
There were some projects with a reasonable amount of responsibility
Extremely valuable.
The Company
Very friendly and approachable people.
The programme was set up well, however there are some parts which could have been organized better.
There were many training opportunities.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing.
The Culture
Because I was in a smaller division, there were not that many 'social' interactions with the interns from other areas.
Canary Wharf.
There are good places to go for work drinks on a Friday, but again, it's Canary Wharf.
Not that many.
