The Role
The work given was stimulating and insightful.
Didn't feel like i was drastically inferior, work was taken seriously.
Given the opportunity to carry out work on my own, but guidance was readily available when asked for which i think is beneficial as it gives you the chance to tackle the task by yourself.
A variety of work provided and usually work given when asked for.
Considering the small amount of time i was there the work i was given, carried a fair amount of responsibility.
Very helpful towards my degree as it developed further aspects already covered and also put into context many of the modules i had covered.
The Company
A working atmosphere which is the ultimate aim for a company but also has a degree of flexibility in that there are a lot of interactions and conversations.
Fairly organised in that work had been put aside, however the nature of work meant that i shifted from project to project which ultimately was beneficial.
Considering i was allotted time on different projects and various people assisted me on my work a fairly large amount of resources were invested in me during my time.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
They seem enthused about developing graduates.
The Culture
A lot of social and sport activities going on.
N/A commuted from home, however good social activities that you could get involved in.
N/A commuted form home
Yes, a lot of activities available.
