  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It was very well organised, I liked the job and my team.

    • My team was fairly small so I got to know them quickly, and we were getting on well

    • My manager was really nice, but he didn't have much time for me

    • First few weeks I was rather bored, then the balance was very good

    • I got to prepare research pieces which were going to the entire department later.

    • I got to know a lot about the finance industry, especially the capital markets products.

    • Everyone was rather busy, so there was not that much going on

    • It was perfectly organised, I was very happy about the way it was run by HR

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Yeah, we got on well, and were provided with opportunities to meet other interns.

    • London is a very expensive city, but we were paid well.

    • I was very happy with how much was going on around.
