The Role
Will find it hard to find a job that I enjoyed as much.
Highly valued
Regualr one-to-ones with manager and skip levels with member of senior management team once a quarter.
Project deadlines dictated workload however deadlines in the main were set well in advance so I had ample time to plan and prioritise my work.
The level of responsibility I was afforded increased as I continued to prove myself from one task to the next. Was given several projects to manage, in the main by myself.
Skills put me ahead of my peers in final year of university.
The Company
Good mix of banter and time to work!
Well planned with adequate cross-training with prior intern.
Allowed me to attend several courses above the core intern curriculum. Spent a week abroad attending a grad- scheme training course.
Financial Bonus
Working from home
The transition to the grad program is far from seamless, however I am now employed on the GE Financial Management Program.
The Culture
Made some very good friends.
Watford is cheaper than London.
Watford is a good night out!
Some opportunities, emphasis on the person to create opportunities.
