The Role
I was kept busy at all times, lots of opportunities
I was given the same work as other trainees and everything was explained clearly. I felt like part of the team.
The first week, all of the interns were in the Birmingham office for training, which was really good. When I moved to the office, I was assigned a manager to give me pastoral care, and I was given a call two weeks in to see how I was getting on.
Very busy, did have to do some project work (preparing presentations on my own time)
A lot of responsibilty, but I never felt out of my depth.
I gained valuable experience and an insight into the company and the career of an auditor.
The Company
I didn't spend much time in the office, but the time I did spend was good.
No complaints.
They gave me opportunities to develop my presentation skills etc.
Company Parties/Events
I see it as a great career opportunity.
The Culture
Lots of organised nights out!
When I was away, we had 20 pounds a night to spend on food and drinks. I didn't socialise much in the area where the actual office is.
We went out in a different area to the area we worked in, because we worked in Gatwick
Football tournaments, trips to thorpe park, boat parties, comedy clubs
