The Role
Greatly. Lots of different areas to delve into and really friendly people.
A great deal - they make you feel like you are part of the family.
Dependent on the area but on my rotations I had varying experiences. On the first one it was difficult as the desk was busy and the overall ambience of the desk was focused - the second one was amazing - lots of responsibility and lots to learn on the job.
You are as busy as you make yourself - if you choose to busy yourself when you do not have projects - that is the best way to go.
Dependent on the area but I was given a Director-level coordination porject which was amazing.
Hugely - I won't forget these skills as they were drummed into me over the course of the month.
The Company
Extremely Focused. There were many tasks and assignments to participate in.
Extremely well organised. There were many tasks and assignments to participate in.
A great deal with a variety of subsidised events. There were many tasks and assignments to participate in.
Amazing - easy to move geographically and within different departments.
The Culture
Citi provided us with great socials but on a general level it was still good but not as exceptional.
Great - if you have the time to go out! There were many socials to participate in.
Yes - Numerous. There were many charity events and networking events to participate in.
