The Role
Not much struggle, But due to the massive size of the company it is slightly difficult to understand its structure and also its protocols.
Everyone treats you with respect and make you feel welcomed. They are very friendly and interested to get to knowing you.
People are eager to help and guide you. They are willing to listen to what you want and give you the necessary opportunities to gain the expertise you desire
When correctly planned and executed, the work doesnt seem to take up time at all.
I was given important projects critical to the business, along with lot of autonomy.
I have gained practical experience of the knowledge gained from University. I was able to test my knowledge through planning and execution of my project.
The Company
People are fun and lively when spoken to.
There are quite a few hiccups but nothing that proper planning from your end couldnt solve.
They put in a lot of effort and money to train you. They charter a course of growth for you in accordance with your wishes and provide necessary training in a timely manner.

Many of their interns are offered a position in their graduate scheme. There is also the opportunity of another internship offer. These future prospect are subject to your performance and conseuently your supervisor's recommendation.
The Culture
There was great bonding between interns. You will develop long lasting friendships here.
Accomodation was bit expensive but otherwise everything is cheap.
Weekend are great fun.
The leisure club and Apprentices Graduates association organize events and activities outside work
