  • Good level of tasks.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone is very nice, the company culture is definitely one of the key benifits with GSK.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Great support and motivation. However, the department was going through a re-organisation at the time of my internship. Hardly anyone's fault, but it did have an effect. Still, considering that, I think my managers did very well!

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • This varied alot, sometimes I had very little to do and sometimes the day had way too few hours. I think it ties in with the responsibility level you recieve/accept (see below).

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • The level of responsibility you get is very much decided by the interest/motivation you show.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I have learned essential business skills and gotten one step closer in figuring out what I want to do in the future.

    4/5

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • When taking on initiative, I was allowed and encouraged to take training courses and some online training was mandatory to do as a first starter.
