The Role
it was a very good learning oppurtunity, however it was boring at times
The level of interaction with existing employees was excellent, and i felt very much part of the team
i had quite a few meetings with my manager, however would have preferred more, because i ran out of work a few times.
I had nowhere near enough work to keep me busy all day
Everything i did was reviewed, however most of it was left to me
the skills and learning opportunities were fantastic.
The Company
it was an excellent place to work, people were very welcoming
it was well planned out, with good projects for the students.
i did a bit of official training, but not a huge amount
Subsidised Canteen
i hope to return again next year for another placement, in a different department
The Culture
we rarely did anything outside of work
the location was very expensive, and renting a room for 10 weeks was not cheap at all
I never went out, so wouldnt know
there was a lot for me to do, so i never got bored outside of work
